The Pact
In 2020, I experienced my very own wakeup call that prompted me to reevaluate my approach to life. Feeling like I was just going through the motions of every day and at a deeper level lacking fulfillment, I decided it was time for a change. I created a pact where I committed myself to a year of unwavering dedication, vowing to show up for myself like never before. Unlike previous attempts to live healthier, this time I was not going to self-sabotage.
It marked the inaugural year of transformative growth for me. I cast aside the usual excuses and persevered through challenges. No longer content with mere wishes, I took control and turned them into reality.
Now, embarking on round 2 of this personal pact, my focus has evolved with more focus. While the first round emphasized overall accountability and growth, the current phase hones in specifically on health metrics. My commitment is not just about personal development; it’s a dedicated journey to train for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Building something big takes a large amount of small steps in the right direction. Success does not happen overnight. I am finding moments of joy again in my creative work.
