In 2018, when I started my Instagram page, the term “fit” to me wasn’t just workouts and nutrition. It was holistic. As the years went on, the vision began to further unfold…beyond my own imagination at that time. I could not be more proud of the growth and positive impact. I actively invest in my health because I value… 🧠 Having my mind intact when I’m 90. 🦶 Being able to run up and down the stairs at 90. It’s not just about making your why big enough; it’s about building up the habits and systems today that support those goals too.
